Description
The author notes that ethnolinguistics as an interdisciplinary science in modern times is developing very truly steps. In this regard, many new dissertations and articles dedicated to the dialects and vocabulary of the various traditional crafts have been published. Ethnolinguistics as a separate branch of linguistics took shape very early, or rather at the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th centuries. The author proves with concrete facts that the culinary sphere is part of the vocabulary of these dialects. Also in the article, it is noted that some of these words in the Hisar dialects get a dialectal form. Thus, the author emphasizes the antiquity of some words and terms. Some of these dialects are outlined in the work of the classics and in the works of modern poets and writers. Therefore, the vocabulary and terms of the culinary sphere in the lexical composition of the dialects of the Hisar Valley constitute a special layer and serve to create rich material. The wealth, most likely, lies in the fact that both common Tajik dialectisms and borrowed words operate in it. Although there are few borrowed words, they are often used in the speech of the population of a given area and, as a result, turn into a daily-used vocabulary.
