Description
The drum, or Kundu (Tok Pisin), is one of the most widely used traditional instruments in Papua New Guinea. The film concerns the making of such an instrument from start to finish. The carver is Saimon Luk, from Mapos village in the Buang area of Morobe province. Their drums are particularly distinctive and made in various sizes.
